“This is not so difficult to do, Precious Ones. It’s not difficult to set this habit. It’s rather a pleasure. It’s entertaining. You can love to do it, and every bit of love that you pour to your “Mighty I AM Presence” and the Ascended Host will come back to you, amplified a thousandfold, to fill you with what We know prevents all wrong. And Blessed Ones, you can just as well be filled with Our World and Our things and Our Perfection, and give that Blessing to the rest of life – you can just as well do that as you can draw your next breath. There isn’t one thing about it that would be a struggle or a strain or unpleasant in any way. But people don’t do it.
This will help you to keep your attention on the Perfection of your “Presence”, the Perfection of the Ascended Host, the Perfection of what belongs in your Nation. It will help you control your attention and take it out of the clutches of the destructive forces of the outer world that are just constantly driving at mankind, something that is destructive. So in order to protect yourselves so that you live in Our World of Peace and ever-expanding Perfection, it is imperative that you hold the Picture of an Ascended Being, of the Sevenfold Flame of the Seven Mighty Elohim, in your foreheads, in your Heart.
And now I’m going to give you something that I trust you can use, and prove to yourselves the Power which you can have as you form the habit and gain the momentum, and that is: Feel – when you want to do something in the outer world, and it doesn’t make any difference what it is, so long as it be constructive, you can ask your “Presence” to amplify the Unfed Flame in your Heart and pour It out through your hands, until your hands produce Perfection everywhere.
What do you think it is that makes your hands able to do what you want? It’s the Energy from the Heart Flame of your “Mighty I AM Presence”; and if your Heart doesn’t beat, your hands don’t do anything. And you can just as well fill your hands, your body, your being and your world with Our Ascended Master Heart Flame of Sacred Fire Love and the Cosmic Light Substance or the Light Rays – you can just as well reach up to the “Presence” and draw this into yourselves, and then pour It out to the rest of mankind. You can just as well do that as you can lift your hand to eat your food or write a letter or do whatever you want.
The action of your hands is governed entirely by the Heart Flame of your “Mighty I AM Presence”. This is why We ask you to use these Activities of the Sacred Fire and the Cosmic Light, and become aware that Love is constantly pouring Its Boundless Blessings into your outer use, that you may expand Them and pour Them to the rest of life; and wherever you move, wherever you pour Them, Life will cooperate with you and bring back to you Its own Blessings. Blessed Ones, there isn’t any other way, to produce Perfection.
Therefore, if you will start this habit, if you’ll try to set the habit – ask your “Presence” to make you do it. If you sometimes have delay or struggle remembering to do a thing at a certain time, with fierce determination, turn to your “Beloved I AM Presence” and ask It to pour into you whatever It knows will make you do that, so that you get in the habit of feeling that the Heart Flame of the “Mighty I AM Presence” is the Control in you, in your physical body, that makes you do everything right.”
