Aye…Β “Laws are spider webs through which the big flies pass and the little ones get caught. (Honore de Balzac); And…If the misery of the poor be caused not by the laws of nature, but by our institutions, great is our sin.β (Charles Darwin); For…There is no greater tyranny than that which is perpetrated under the shield of the law and in the name of justice.β (Charles-Louis de Secondat); And…The worst form of injustice is pretended justice. (Plato); Thus…When injustice becomes law, resistance becomes duty.β (Thomas Jefferson)” ![]()
Yet…”Our desire is not that others might be relieved while you are hard pressed, but that there might be equality. At the present time your plenty will supply what they need, so that in turn their plenty will supply what you need. The goal is equality, as it is written: βThe one who gathered much did not have too much, and the one who gathered little did not have too little.β (2 Corinthians 8:13-15); But… In the past God overlooked such ignorance, but now he commands all people everywhere to repent. For he has set a day when he will judge the world with justice by the man he has appointed. He has given proof of this to everyone by raising him from the dead.β (Acts 17:30-31);
Thus…It is not good to be partial to the wicked and so deprive the innocent of justice. (Proverbs 18:5); Cuz…The wicked accept bribes in secret to pervert the course of justice. (Proverbs 17:23); A corrupt witness mocks at justice, and the mouth of the wicked gulps down evil. (Proverbs 19:28);
Yet…Fear of man will prove to be a snare, but whoever trusts in the Lord is kept safe. Still…Many seek an audience with a ruler, Even Tho…it is from the Lord that one gets justice. (Proverbs 29:25-26)
And…By justice a king gives a country stability, but those who are greedy for bribes tear it down. (Proverbs 29:4); Yet…The poor and the oppressor have this in common: The Lord gives sight to the eyes of both. And…If a king judges the poor with fairness, his throne will be established forever. (Proverbs 29:13-14); Because…A cheerful heart is good medicine, but a crushed spirit dries up the bones. (Proverbs 17:22);
So..Do you rulers indeed speak justly? Do you judge people with equity? Or, Do In…your heart you devise injustice, and your hands mete out violence on the earth? (Psalm 58:1-2)” ![]()
