“Anything that is constructive in this world that is going to be sustained must either be sustained by the Cosmic Light Substance from the Ascended Masters’ Octave or from the “Mighty I AM Presence” of the Individual’s Life Stream. No constructive activity can be sustained and protected and used throughout the centuries unless it be filled with the Inner Essence of the Cosmic Light Substance. And the Inner Essence is the Energy, the concentrated Energy that holds constructive activities together, sustains their Radiation of Perfection, and allows the Sacred Fire to expand Its Love through the outer manifestation.
The Sacred Fire in the Great Central Sun gives Its Love and produces the Cosmic Light Substance to manifest the Universe; and Its ever-increasing Creation in the manifested world must come forth by the Expansion of Its own Love, for that is the Life that permits It to exist.
So now as We turn this to your daily experiences and your use in outer world conditions: Regardless of what human beings are doing, right or wrong, if you want to produce constructive manifestation, it must, first of all, the Call must be from within your own Heart Flame, which is the Sacred Fire for the Cosmic Light to come in and produce the Perfection which is the Divine Plan fulfilled. That Divine Plan must be filled with the Cosmic Light Substance.
The Cosmic Light Substance, charged with the Perfection that is to render Service to the rest of Life, if It is to be sustained, must be protected. And so, the Sacred Fire, the Cosmic Light Substance, the Love from the Ascended Host or the “Mighty I AM Presence”, must all come into concentrated Action within the thing manifested if it is to produce Perfection and Happiness and fulfill the Divine Plan and be used by unascended Beings.
This referred to – this Cosmic Light Substance which is created by the Love from the Great Central Sun, is what has been referred to all through the years as the Power and the Perfection of God’s Love; and that is why the Statement has been made, “Love always has and always will fulfill every human need.” But people do not recognize that the Light and the Cosmic Blessings that they are using all the time are the Gifts, and the Creation of the Love from the Sacred Fire in the Great Central Sun, that has manifested this world and the Powers of Nature upon it. This is the most practical way to produce Perfection, sustain It, and then let It be used to fulfill the Divine Plan that raises everything to greater Perfection.
So when you often hear people say, “Well, God’s Love will take care of it”, those are just words. They are statements of an existence of the Love of Life; but the individual, if he or she is to produce definite manifestation, must concentrate the Cosmic Light Substance into the condition in order to produce the things that are in manifestation.
Your Tube of Light is made of Cosmic Light Substance, and when the Master Saint Germain gave that to you in the beginning for your Protection, It was the Gift of Love of His own Life that gave you the Instruction. Your own “Beloved Mighty I AM Presence” calls forth this Cosmic Light Substance, condenses It, and forms It into the Tube of Light around your physical bodies, in order to insulate you against the destructive vibratory action of the energy of the outer world.
Mankind has been using all the Gifts of Love all through the centuries, and yet not giving recognition, except occasionally, to the Magnificent Cosmic Law which is embodied in Great Cosmic Beings who have created the Earth and produced the Powers of Nature upon it. But I am determined to bring you the Illumining Consciousness which We use to produce Manifestation, that you may use It to produce Perfect manifestation in your world; and wherever you abide, you beautify the Universe around you, you sustain that which is constructive.
And then you can draw It into yourselves to sustain yourselves in constructive action and make yourselves as strong as you want to be, because since this is the Law of the Universe, it takes only the use of these Powers of Life by the individual, to make the outer self as strong as it needs to be, to produce the greater Perfection here, or render the service that gives protection to others.”
