“Anything that is permanently constructive, must be composed, of Cosmic Light Substance. So when you use that phrase, “The Light of God Never Fails”, try to remember It is the Gift – It’s not only the Gift of Love, but It is the Love Itself from the Sacred Fire in the Great Central Sun. And every Ascended Master and Cosmic Being who precipitates anything into the physical world, whether it be the Powers of Nature or the Blessings that mankind uses every day, every Being from the Ascended Masters’ Octave who blesses this world draws the Cosmic Light Substance into the substance of this world, to allow constructive qualities and activities and the Master Blessings and Powers of Life to flow through the energy in this world and produce Perfect Manifestation.
Now this has tremendous application also in regard to the healing of the minds, the bodies, and the feeling of individuals. When healing takes place, there must come the Cosmic Light Substance from the Ascended Masters’ Octave or from the Higher Mental Body of the Life Stream. It must come into the outer self and release the energy through the substance of the flesh. As the Violet Consuming Flame purifies the substance, the Cosmic Light pours forth Perfection through the cellular structure at the Command of the Higher Mental Body, so that the healing takes place as harmoniously and quickly and perfectly as possible.
If the attention is placed upon the Light, Beloved Ones, your very attention and thought upon Light will draw this Light back into you. The moment you place your attention upon the Cosmic Light Substance and ask your Higher Mental Body to draw the Cosmic Light Substance into you, that makes you the Strength of the Light to use the Master Powers of your own “Mighty I AM Presence” in outer world activities to produce Perfection, your Higher Mental Body will draw that into you for your use. That is why, if you are going to use the Master Powers from the Ascended Masters’ Octave, the Cosmic Light must come first into the outer self, so that there is the constant flow of the Love from the Sacred Fire to produce Mastery out here, produce the Perfection that does hold control of physical conditions.
I am explaining this tonight because in your use of your Calls for the Fiery Christ Miracle Mantle of Love’s Mastery to come into the physical conditions and compel Perfection and prevent what’s wrong, this – the Radiation from the Fiery Christ is the Cosmic Light Substance. We have referred to this before as the Inner Essence of the Strength of the Light in the individual, to make the outer self strong enough to hold to the constructive way of Life and to blaze enough of this Light through the outer self to compel the prevention of all wrong.
This is the purpose of Our Love when We offer It to you and call your attention to the use of the Inner Essence from the Ascended Masters’ Octave. And that is the Gift of Life provided by the Cosmic Law to be the Power of the Great Central Sun Magnet, to draw the outer self up, and into the Vibratory Action that is the Ascended Masters’ Perfection; and that is the Gift of the Love from the Ascended Masters and the Great Beings in the Great Central Sun. And everyone can have It without limit! It simply needs this Explanation brought to the intellect of man so mankind can use the Gifts that are offered.
We are offering, all the time, unlimited Explanation of the Law. We have given unlimited Love from the Sacred Fire of Our own Life Streams or Our Temples of the Sacred Fire. The Great Central Sun is constantly pouring into all outer manifestation the Cosmic Light Substance, the Love from the Sacred Fire, for individuals to use in the great creative activities of the manifested world.
Every moment you exist – awake or asleep, you are creating something every instant. Every thought, feeling, spoken word, and act produces some kind of a manifestation because Life is perpetual creation. And the Great Sacred Fire of Life is continually pouring forth Its Love and Cosmic Light Substance for the individuals whose Heart Flame comes from the Great Central Sun, and in whom the Will, the Free Will, is located. Those individuals are given the unlimited use of this Great Cosmic Manifestation of the Love from the Sacred Fire in the Great Central Sun.
This is the Source of Perfection. This is the Creation of Perfection. This is the Manifestation of Perfection; and if unascended beings are going to produce manifestation and sustain it, they are going to have to understand It and use It.
