“Everything that comes into manifestation that is constructive is composed of the Cosmic Light Substance that is radiated or created by the Love from the Sacred Fire in the Great Central Sun. When you want constructive qualities strengthened within yourselves or in others, you can always call forth the Ascended Masters’ Illumining Strength of the Light, the Cosmic Light, into yourselves, into all the energy of the outer self, into your mental and feeling world. And you can call It into the mental and feeling world of others. You can call It into the flesh body. You can call It into the atmosphere, You can call It into the Powers of Nature and Forces of the Elements. You can call It into the manifested world everywhere to create and protect that which is constructive and to shed Its Radiance to repel that which is not constructive.
So the Cosmic Light Substance has a very, very tremendous Service to render to Life and is part of the great, magnificent scheme of Manifestation that forever is flowing forth from the Great Central Sun to the planets of this system and to all Systems of Worlds. When individuals realize that the energy that is in the outer self is Electronic Force of the Light to which I refer, then each one should feel the responsibility in the use of the energy the outer self is allowed to have each day.
As you put the body to sleep at night, and the Higher Mental Body pours Its Life – which is Its own Electronic Force, Its own Energy, which is the Radiation from Its own Heart’s Flame – down into the outer self, when you awaken in the morning, if you could realize that the Energy that has come into the body during the hours of rest is a Gift from the Higher Mental Body to you to use Its Life for that day, to produce what fulfills the Divine Plan.
Then in the use of the Blessings and Powers of Nature and Forces of the Elements, if the outer intellect would only remember and understand that all the Powers of Nature and Forces of the Elements are the Concentration of the Cosmic Light Substance from the Great Central Sun, people would know more about what the Blessings are that come from these great Powers of Nature; and the outer self of each individual would become not only aware of what it owes to Life for the use of what has been placed here, but it would become aware of the Privilege and the Joy and the Happiness that the outer self could have, if it would only recognize that these Infinite Powers of Light are the Gifts from the Great Central Sun.
They are loaned to the outer self for use to fulfill the Divine Plan and bless the world into which you have embodied, so that all parts of Life absorb the greater Perfection from the Sacred Fire that gives the Cosmic Light Substance for use, in the world of manifestation. People rarely understand that everything, every action in the physical world upon which you depend and which you use everyday – every activity depends on the Activity of the Cosmic Light from the Great Central Sun that has been used to create this world. And everything you do in the physical octave, if it gives you freedom or constructive activity, must be composed of the Cosmic Light Substance.”
