“Since We at times draw forth the Cosmic Concentration of this Cosmic Light Substance into various places throughout the world to pour forth Its Illumination, that Illumining Presence is not only the Cosmic Light Substance, It is the Illumining Consciousness that We charge forth into the mental and feeling world of mankind to be the Strength within the individual to allow the Light and the Sacred Fire from the Higher Mental Body, the “Beloved Mighty I AM Presence” of each Life Stream, to expand within the outer self and release the Powers of Life that produce Perfection – produce Perfect Manifestation.
This is the Source of the Master Power of Life. They all abide within the Sacred Fire and the Cosmic Light Substance, and the individual who understands how to make the Call to the “Mighty I AM Presence” and the Ascended Host to charge into the outer self, or into outer world conditions, the Cosmic Light Substance that cannot be requalified by any human feeling or any human consciousness – more and more of this can come into the physical octave of Earth to be the Strength and the Protection in and around all that is constructive.
And if mankind understood this and would call It into outer world physical conditions, then that which is constructive could be insulated in the Substance from the Ascended Masters’ Octave that the sinister force cannot re-qualify, cannot direct, and cannot use. The only energy the sinister force can use to produce discord, is that which is in the atomic structure and the feeling world of the physical bodies of the mankind of this Earth. So the sinister force is not master over the Cosmic Light Substance that fills infinite space everywhere.
So, when you use the phrase, “The Light of God Never Fails”, It means far more than the intellect understands just at first. And as you think deeply on It and you keep calling into physical conditions, especially where you are creating that which is constructive, and you want to produce manifestation that is permanently constructive, call the Cosmic Light Substance into the substance of the physical world to be the Immortal Purity and the Constructive Power and Qualities that produces manifestation that is Perfection, or that can be sustained to render Service to mankind and to Life everywhere It is allowed to go.
Also, the phrase “The Light of God Never Fails” is the distress Call of the Great White Brotherhood; and I wish to explain something within that, concerning It, because what mankind ordinarily knows of as this Great White Brotherhood, or organizations in the outer world who take that Name, has nothing whatsoever to do with the Immortal Great White Brotherhood that exists in the Ascended Masters’ Octave, which no unascended being can control.
The Great White Brotherhood to which We refer is the Cosmic Group of Beings – Ascended Masters, Cosmic Beings, and the Angelic Host – who control this world and this System of Worlds, and who are the Masters of manifestation everywhere. We have given the use of that phrase, “The Light of God Never Fails”, unto humanity throughout the centuries, so when the Call goes forth, as It comes into Our Octave, there are always Legions who can answer that in the moment; because when the Light flashes, the Light responds, replies, and returns that Light instantly to Its Source enfolded in the Greater Light from Our Octave.
So, when people use the word “Light”, individuals should understand something of what It means, It doesn’t just mean what you call physical Light in this world or the Light from the Physical Sun in this world. “The Light of God That Never Fails” to which We refer is the Cosmic Light Substance that is the Radiation of the Love from the Sacred Fire in the Great Central Sun, and also from the Heart Flame of every Ascended Master and Cosmic Being. So this is of tremendous Assistance to mankind and is the sustaining Strength and Energy and Power of everything that is constructive in manifestation, whether it be in this System of Worlds or Infinite Systems of Worlds.”
