“Beloved Ones of My Heart, tonight in that which We are bringing into the atmosphere of Earth for the strengthening and Protection of that which is constructive, We wish you to feel very close to Us. And feel that, when you want Our Assistance, or you are asking for It to come forth to the Nation, feel the Cosmic Light Substance from Our Octave entering into the atmosphere around you and compelling Illumination to take place. We want you to understand that within the Light – and We’re speaking now of the Cosmic Light that fills interstellar space – there is that Universal Light Substance that is Immortally Pure and Perfect, and which none of mankind can re-qualify or ever use to produce destruction.
That is what We have referred to as “The Light of God That Never Fails”, because that is the Radiation of the Sacred Fire from the Great Central Sun. That Radiation is the Love within Life that has already designed Perfection; and by the Illumination and flow of that Cosmic Light, It takes Its Dominion in the world of manifestation and appears either in this world or this System of Worlds or any of the worlds in interstellar space. Everything that comes into manifestation that is constructive must come composed of the Cosmic Light Substance from the Ascended Masters’ Octave or the Outpouring of Our Love, which produces Illumination in the atmosphere of your world and produces Illumination in any substance where We direct It.
This is the beginning of Precipitation, because all Precipitation must come out of the Light. Light is the Love of Life; and therefore, It is the Power of the Great Central Sun Magnet that draws together the Substance of the Cosmic Light and molds It into the Divine Pattern that the Being wills into existence who is using the Power of Precipitation. Now whether that Power is used for the individual or the creation of a world or a System of Worlds, matters not, because the Plan of Creation is the same everywhere throughout Infinity.
The fundamental of all manifestation is a Sphere, and within the Sphere is the Cross, which represents the Currents of Energy and the Sacred Fire that is drawn within the substance, and is the Power that holds it together to produce anything that is what you call the things of the physical world or manifestations in space anywhere. When you use the phrase, “The Light of God that Never Fails”, you have reference to this Cosmic Light Substance that human creation can never contaminate. And when you use the phrase, “The Light of God Never Fails”, or “The Light of God That Never Fails, you always refer to the Cosmic Light Substance in the Ascended Masters’ Octave or that which fills interstellar space.
Now to the scientific world who says, through some observations of astronomy, that there is darkness in interstellar space, that’s only the human concept that it is darkness. It simply is because the Universal Light Substance that is there is vibrating at a frequency that the human eye, and the human instruments of this world, do not register because of Its very rapid rate of vibration. But that is the activity of energy – those are the rates of vibration that never produce discord; and no one can ever use the Cosmic Light Substance to ever create anything that is less than Perfection.”
