“There is only one thing that keeps mankind in lack or limitation of any kind. There is only one thing that shuts off supply, and that is lack of love to the “Beloved I AM Presence”. And that which causes the outer self to forget to love the “Presence” is the discord of human selfishness. When mankind does not realize and will not take time enough from outer world activities to be grateful for all the Supply that is poured to the whole world by the Love of Great Cosmic Beings of whom mankind knows nothing – unless human beings awaken to that, they go on century after century in poverty, in degradation, in the creation of destruction, that ultimately destroys them.
Now, I challenge everyone who understands this Law to pour Love, first of all, to the “Beloved I AM Presence” and all the Ascended Host who have created and sustained this System of Worlds, to all the Beings and Powers of Nature, and to the other planets of the System, and the Cosmic Beings who have poured Their Love to this world throughout the aeons of time past. I challenge any human being and all put together, to turn the attention to this Great Divine Source that gives all; and pouring Love and Gratitude there, remember that from there comes the Life by which you live. From there comes the Life by which the planet lives. From there comes the Life by which the Powers of Nature live and give their blessings to mankind for use in the creation of the Perfection that manifests the Divine Plan in this world. And that Divine Plan fulfilled can never produce anything but happiness, not only for the individual, but for all Life everywhere, forever.
This is why the Mighty Saint Germain said long ago in the beginning of this Instruction, “In the Fullness of the ‘Presence’ is the Love that you require. In the Fullness of the ‘Presence’ are the things that you desire.”
Now, the intellect may say to you, “Well, there isn’t an automobile in the ‘Presence’.” The idea, the picture, the Divine Pattern, the substance, the energy, the intelligence by which an automobile is created, came from the “Presence”. It did not come from mankind’s discord! So, the beginning of the automobile did come from the “Presence”. And it is this lack of understanding and lack of gratitude in the feeling of the outer self of human beings that causes the selfishness, the discord, and the distress – the limitation that produces lack in this world, no matter what kind of lack it is – because all supply of everything, all energy that is contained in this world in the Powers of Nature, all energy comes from the “Mighty I AM Presence” and the Cosmic Beings who are the Great God “Presence” of the manifested Universe from the Great Central Sun.
If you will follow Me and if you care to experiment with this, you will open the door to boundless supply. You will give Me an opportunity to pour the Substance and the Love from the Secret Love Star in concentrated action into your world and your use. We are pouring It completely to cover the Earth at this time. We are enfolding the whole world in the Rays of Light and the Love of the Life of the Secret Love Star to bring here the Love, Wisdom, and Power, the Supply, and the Miracles and Victories and Blessings of Life which the Secret Love Star gives to manifestation.
This has been enfolding the entire Earth; but you, as individuals who understand this Law, can have an intensified, constantly increasing, concentrated, individual Outpouring and Stream of those Blessings into yourselves and into the world around you by your own Conscious Command and by your Love to your “Beloved I AM Presence” and the Ascended Host and the Secret Loves Star, first.
It is because this is the Law of Life; it is because it is the giving of the Great Love Presence of the Universe, the Sacred Fire, that mankind has been told down through the ages, “Call unto Me and I will answer Thee. Prove Me now if I will not open you the Windows of Heaven and pour you out a Blessing until there is not room to receive it!” That is Eternal Truth! That is Eternal Law!
