“Precious Hearts of Cincinnati, once again are We privileged in that Great Love of Life, the Love of Eternity, to come together and draw in and around you these greater Powers of Life to give you the Perfection that must come into your outer use. Tonight, I want to encourage you. I want to give you the Assurance that as you look only to the “Presence” for more of the things that are required to fulfill the Divine Plan, will you find those manifestations coming more and more rapidly. As soon as you have trained the outer to feel your dependence entirely upon your own “Blessed I AM Presence”, then will you find the delay that is in the outer will cease to act in your world, because all delay is in the outer. It never exists in the Inner.
So as you turn away from the outer, determined to Stand, Face, and Conquer, with your “Beloved I Am Presence’” Arms about you, knowing It is your Way, your Protection, your Defense, and your Deliverance, It is also your Boundless Supply. I want you to feel that the more you can demand that your “Mighty I AM Presence” make you feel Itself in your outer feeling, the quicker will everything act for you in the Fulfillment of your Calls, because all delay is but the obstruction of the discord of the outer appearances of life.
And so, if you want Instantaneous Action, as you turn to your “Presence”, and there call forth Its Feeling into you, demand that It make you feel Its Instantaneous Action of anything you require, because your “Blessed I AM Presence” and Higher Mental Body do not know anything about time nor space, because that part of your Life acts instantly everywhere It desires.
Instantaneous Action into your physical manifestation must come from the Feeling of your “Mighty I AM Presence”, of Its Instantaneous Action in you. You see, that Instantaneous Action is already in the Feeling of the Higher Mental Body; and it is the energy of the outer self that needs to be charged with the Instantaneous Action of the Higher Mental Body or the “Electronic Presence”. So, when in Love to your “Presence” you ask It to charge all the feeling, all the energy of your outer self, with Its Feeling of Instantaneous Manifestation, then will things of the physical world come to you faster and faster and faster, until eventually, one day, they come directly from the Universal by Instantaneous Call.
So keep charging all the energy of your feeling world with the Instantaneous Fulfillment and Feeling of the Higher Mental Body now into your outer affairs. When there are problems out here, instead of allowing the intellect to dash into the problem, and then try to figure it out, if you will compel that intellect to turn its attention back to the “Mighty I AM Presence” and Higher Mental Body, and saying to that “Presence” with all the Love at your command, “Will you come with me into the problem and place your Instantaneous Feeling of its full Solution into the problem, that I may, that that problem may be solved to glorify You and fulfill Your Divine Plan out here, that you may reveal more of Your Cosmic Perfection.”
Just as soon as you get the outer self completely reversed from its old habit of dashing into a condition before it consults the “Presence”, as soon as you change that habit, My Dear Ones, your troubles are over, believe Me tonight. Your limitations will dissolve almost within a breath as soon as you constantly train the outer to stop just a moment before it tries to do anything, and go into the Heart of the “Presence”, and say to your “Presence”, as if It were a Living Helper, as if you took your “Presence”, your Higher Mental Body, by the Hand and said, “Will you come with me into this problem and produce Your Instantaneous Solution of the problem, that in outer conditions there may come the Perfection that glorifies You, and sets me free!” Then, My Dear Ones, you will make a daily Companion of your Higher Mental Body.
And what do you think will happen when you say to your Higher Mental Body, “Will you come with me into this problem and show me Your Solution of it”, before you ever start to go into it? Then if you ask your “Mighty I AM Presence” to make you feel Its Feeling of Instantaneous Solution, the moment you enter in and try to solve the problem, I tell you, the Ideas will just come tumbling over themselves, almost as to the ways and means of doing what you are required to do to assist. And it will help to clear the mind, Precious Ones, of the doubts and the fears that cause your delay, because all delay in the Fulfillment of your Calls is due to doubt and fear, which are but the resistance of the discord in the world about you.
O you have no idea how much closer your “Presence” can come through the outer physical form when you reach your Heart’s Love to It and say, “Will you give me Your Hand. Will you come into me and make me feel Your Feeling of Your Nearness, your Feeling of Your Solution for this problem; and then come with me into the problem!” Why, My Dear Ones, your “Presence” will bring you surprises you little dream; and when it comes to the supply, your “Presence” has many, many channels of Supply, that even those in the outer world never heard of.”
