“Beloved Ones, you are still My “Dear Hearts of the Light”, and every time you take your determined stand against the human, I shall stand by your side; and from the Inner Level, I shall say the same Decree for you against the human that I did on the street in Los Angeles, when I turned on my own and finished it forever. I shall stand beside you when you take this stand and help you issue that Command by which it shall cease its authority forever.
So in the Fullness of Our Love, I give you the Scepter of Power which fulfills the Divine Plan, and you shall know Joy that the rest of the world has never experienced; and yet which makes you the master over conditions of the outer world to which the rest of mankind bow, and which you can stand against and always be Victorious. Now bless everybody and everything you contact with the Fulfillment of the Ascended Masters’ Divine Plan, and the great Victory of the Love of the “Presence”, in the Power of the All-Christ. Pour that forth and then DEMAND the Boundless Wealth from the “Presence” come into your outer use to give you Unconditional Freedom, to go forth and accomplish quickly what otherwise, might take you months to attain.
Be of good cheer; I have given you everything which will help you. I have given you nothing that won’t help you. So, visualize the Perfection you desire. Pour your Love upon it. DEMAND It, then accept It. Acknowledge It as ever manifested, and We shall show you Powers that this time will hold you close to your “Presence”, and never again allow you to become entangled with the manifestation that make you forget your Source, and you again come under the control of destructive forces.
You are Free this hour, My Precious Ones, as you take Me at My Word, and demand the outer-self give the Obedience with great Love and Joy, which brings the Pictures from the “Presence” into outer manifestation in the world around you, and release their Powers to set your fellowman Free and give you unlimited ability to help your fellowman to the same Mighty Victory. We clothe you and bless you with the Enjoyment of Our Love. And the Pictures of Perfection without limit which come now into your outer use shall be the Forerunner of the Permanent Golden Age of the World, of which you too, are part of the Builders, because you are the Bearers of the Light of Eternity, and your Destiny is the Victory of Perfection.
Thank you, Precious Ones; and now be happy in the enjoyment of your new Powers – new because it will be a new experience to use them. These Powers are as old as Life Itself, but you have just forgotten how much Happiness is yours when you use them in the physical octave to fulfill the Divine Plan. Thank you, and with the greatest Joy at My Command, shall I surge that to the Student Body, day after day; and wherever the stand is taken to turn on the human and command it to be gone, shall I shake your hand and say, “I know you; for I have been there too.” May your Victory be Boundless.
Love is without limit, and We do love you, Precious Ones. We do have your good at Heart. We do show you the Way to Perfection; and there is no substitute for either your “Presence” or Its Great Light of Life, which, through Love, releases every good thing to bless you, give you Freedom, make you happy, and become your mastery over all that has bound you through the centuries. And from tonight, I shall watch and wait and assist you, every time you give Me the Opportunity. Thank you, until we meet again.”
