“Now, in the whole of South America there are some Magnificent Blessings of the past that have been held, guarded, and sealed against the use of destructive forces. We have guarded those remnants, I shall say, or Blessings of the past Perfection; and We guard them still. And at a certain point, when mankind is purified and more harmonious, their progress will be greatly increased by the use of some of these Blessings which We have saved through the centuries.
It is true also in some other portions of the world – a similar thing has been done. And that is to be the more rapid bringing forth of the New Civilization that will eventually be transmuted into Ascended Master Perfection, so that this world becomes the Ascended Masters’ Octave of Perfection as the masses of the people are shown Our Presence and become aware of that which they may become.
You, as the vanguard of the Help that is to come to those people, can, by your Decrees – just without strain and without struggle, but just a reaching up of your Heart’s Desire for the Blessings of the Sacred Fire to come to the people of this world as quickly as possible, will you find those Blessings coming everywhere, even where people do not expect Them. And the Transmutation Process goes on by the Power of the Sacred Fire, that here and there and everywhere establishes what you might call a Powerhouse of Its Action, to go on and keep pouring out Its Radiation until the Awakening is complete; and mankind then begin the use of those Powers of the Sacred Fire that take them through to Mastery quickly. So, Beloved Ones, in the use of these greater Powers of the Sacred Fire – especially in Cosmic Action for which you have called – I assure you, They will bring you Boundless Blessings in channels you do not even dream exist on this Earth.
Everyone who is assisting mankind at this time from the Ascended Masters’ Octave is not only aware of what you are doing here, and what the Mighty Saint Germain has brought to you to do, but They are watching the Expansion of the Light in everyone who understands this Law. They will intensify and expand that Light just as rapidly as you will let Them. And you let Them by your attention to your “Mighty I AM Presence” and to the Ascended Masters through your Calls. So you are drawing Precious Ones, much greater Blessings and Powers into your own outer use. And you are also drawing Assistance to the Expansion of that Sacred Fire in your own Life Streams by your calling It forth and using It for the Freedom of the mass of the people of the world.
Now, if this seems complicated, don’t worry about it, the Cosmic Law will take care of that. But you will understand it little by little, until as you find It acting perfectly natural in your daily affairs, and you begin to feel It and see It sometimes in the atmosphere about you, you will wonder where you’ve been in the ages past. And We do too, sometimes. Only it isn’t wise to contemplate it. I think you’ve experimented long enough groping in the shadows. But the experimental stage is over, once you enter into the Calls for the Cosmic Action of the Sacred Fire to come forth and change conditions here into that which ought to have manifested long ago.”
