“There could not fail to come Help to you if you are determined mankind shall be Free. And then you draw Assistance you know not of, because under the Action of Cosmic Demand for something that affects the masses of the people of the world, there always comes forth this Inner Essence to be the Strength to fulfill the Demand. And that is why you are so privileged in this “I AM” Activity to draw this added Power through your Decrees into outer world conditions; and automatically there comes the greater Release of the Inner Energy, the Inner Essence to you to help you, proportionately to the Help you call forth to the outer world.
Don’t you see, Beloved Ones, if mankind only understood what it means to call to this “Mighty I AM Presence” and the Ascended Host, to send forth these Powers of the Sacred Fire, and to compel the Purification and Assistance to mankind that is the Strength to help them desire to reach up and be Free – no one could make that Call to serve all those Life Streams by raising them, without drawing tremendous Power of Mastery into the outer self of the individual who will make the Call.
You cannot comprehend until you see It act from the Inner Standpoint of these Great Light Rays and how They enter into the mental and feeling world of mankind, to change the impulses of the outer self. Unless you saw that as We do, you cannot realize what Power you have through your Decrees to send forth the Cosmic Action of the Sacred Fire that does help all mankind to be Free more quickly. So now you may understand something of why We are so grateful to you in your determination that these Decrees shall go forth and render their Service to the people of the world. And thank you more than you know for your willingness to do this.
In the Land of My Heart – We have some of the most wonderful things in all the world held within the mountain ranges of South America. They are the Treasure Chest of the centuries past; and like the Himalayas, they guard some wonderful Secrets of Nature. And when mankind en masse is purified to a certain point and raised into Obedience to the “Mighty I AM Presence” with Conscious Understanding, will those Blessings be revealed and brought into the outer use of mankind, as the great final Golden Age to this world reveals the Glory of the Ascended Masters’ Perfection that is to come.
So those of you who dwell within the Americas have a very great responsibility to protect those marvelous Blessings that are held in custody within the Americas. The Americas, proportionately, represent a quarter of the world’s landed surface; and in that quarter is guarded some wonderful Powers of the past and some wonderful Blessings of the future. You are all a part of that to receive Its Blessing. Then you are all a part of It to be the guardians of It and help protect It. So, your privilege is very great; and I assure you, you are not in embodiment in this portion of the world by any accident nor coincidence. This has been previously designed and definitely planned to be held in trust by those who have been part of the builders, in the past, of some of the Blessings that are here.
So, in that which is to be accomplished in holding the Balance in the rest of the world – must be the Release of a certain Power of Purity through the Americas, and of course primarily through the United States of America, because here this Knowledge of the “Mighty I AM Presence” has been drawn forth and anchored by the Light within the people who were here. Now as that Light begins to expand through the Americas and throughout the world, you will find, as I said in the beginning, that which is determined to stand for the Constructive Way of Life, be given greater Protection and greater Responsibility, that the Light Itself may grow brighter to save the whole.
The masses of the people, My Dear Ones, while they have to a large degree been disobedient in the use of life’s energy, and they are in very great degradation – some of them – yet the masses of the people are very essential in the world. And they are entitled, when the Light comes into the world, to receive that Light and begin to use Its greater Blessings.”
