“Now my Dear Ones, I’m going to say something very severe; but since I haven’t been with you for a long while, I think you can stand it. (laughter and applause – audience rising). Thank you, Precious Ones. Won’t you be seated, please. You softened Me you see. I must say it because of the requirement. Due to that which the sinister force wants to accomplish within your borders, I’m going to ask the entire “I AM” Student Body in America and the world, to make up your minds that you are going to bless each other with such Victorious Love of that Violet Consuming Flame, that there cannot be one breath of discord between you. You’re going to have to get along with each other! (applause). Thank you Precious Ones.
You see, you know you can’t get along with the destructive forces of the outer world. Then if I were you, I would make up my mind to get along harmoniously with the Victorious Love and Blessing of the Violet Consuming Flame, with all who are trying to hold to that “Presence of the Mighty I AM”, and are trying to hold to this Light for the Freedom of the Nation and the Protection of those in the national defense. After all, Dear Hearts, you are the only ones through whom We have to work. You say, what’s the matter with the rest of the world? You should know! (laughter). There are many good people in the outer world, Precious Ones, just wonderful ones, and many of them. But they don’t know this Law; and when they are opposed, they rebel furiously against that which is wrong. But they do not know how to use the Violet Consuming Flame that would give them protection.
So your responsibility is to draw the Victorious Love of the Violet Consuming Flame in Its Cosmic Christ Power, to protect those who are trying to do that which is constructive, and trying to save the Nation. Therefore, you are obligated to get along with each other. And when you don’t, it’s just as if We drew a Flame and needed Its Concentration to a certain point, and It chose within Itself to scatter and go somewhere else, so We couldn’t do what We wanted to.
Now, if you will give the obedience and demand that the Victorious Love of the Cosmic Christ Violet Consuming Flame enter into each other, to correct that which the Higher mental Body does not want, whether it be your Higher Mental Body in you or the Higher Mental Body in someone else, the Higher Mental Body of each Life Stream does not want the outer self to do wrong. That’s self-evident. Therefore, when the outer self is determined to do wrong, you call forth the Victorious Love of the Cosmic Christ Violet Consuming Flame in and around the individual with the Command that that wrong shall not pass into outer action. Then it will make it easier for the individual who might do that wrong, to keep from doing it. And the Higher Mental Body will give you Assistance.
Now, that does many things. In the first place, your willingness to do this for someone else under this Radiation keeps that wrong out of your world which might happen. It gives you more Freedom and Victory of the Love of that Violet Consuming Flame in and around yourselves. It makes you stronger against the outer world’s discord, and that acts as a lifting force within the individual who might be weak enough to want to do that wrong. So this has many, many Blessings of which you will, each one and all of you together, be the beneficiaries. And in that greater Power will your America be more safe, than otherwise would be.”
