“Once you give a Vow to Life with all you are and have for the Freedom and Purity and Perfection of some part of manifestation, until it is completely perfected and raised into the Ascended Masters’ Octave, you never stop. And when I gave My Vow to Life that when I was lifted up, I would draw all mankind unto Me, I meant It. I still mean It, and I will continue to mean It until the Earth and all upon it have been purified by that Diamond-Shining Sacred Fire Power and Love which “I AM”.
So, if I may have each of you as an open channel through which I may pour continually to the outer world the Sacred Fire that consumes mankind’s frightful creation of discord, It must, of necessity, Blessed Ones, as It pours forth through you and around you, It must of necessity perfect you and your world. And please remember, We can only do for mankind, what We must do, through mankind. This is what the masses of the people do not understand; and yet the Mighty Saint Germain has reminded you all of it since the beginning of this “I AM” Instruction.
So if you will let Us pour forth through you Our Diamond-Shining Purity and Power and Sacred Fire Love that is the Divine Plan Fulfilled – and Invincible Forever – as It flows through you and consumes the human creation in the atmosphere about you or in any special condition, It must of necessity pour forth through you and consume your own problems, consume your limitations and your distress. And you will give Us an opportunity to release greater Powers into your use and your direction – and your own “Mighty I AM Presence’”, greater Powers to use in outer world physical conditions, to protect what is constructive, and expand It so It will hold Its Victory against the hordes of destruction, mankind is constantly generating through war.
So when I said, “Lo, ‘I AM’ with you always”, the moment you desire My Diamond-Shining Presence of Purifying Sacred Fire Love; that instant a Flame of that Love comes in, through, and around you from My Heart. And in My Heart’s Flame, I assure you, “I AM” present. In that Heart Flame “I AM” with you always. Then as you draw this into outer physical conditions, the Great Cosmic Law can act to consume more of mankind’s accumulation of destruction in the atmosphere of Earth that prevents the Powers of Nature protecting that which is constructive – because mankind constantly imposes upon the Powers of Nature more and more filth and destruction through war, through hate, and through frightful rebellion against that which is constructive.
And the Beloved Goddess of Justice, in that Power which is Her Service to the Earth – of purifying everything and establishing Divine Law, Order, and Balance – She is at all times trying to help those under this Radiation come to the point, through your outer world service in Purification of outer world conditions, She is trying to bring Balance within your own beings and worlds, in your affairs, and everything that affects your destiny. That is why, until mankind understands that there must come Purity and Balance and Peace, there will never be a cessation of war, until Purity and Balance and Peace are released into the physical world, through the Activities of the Sacred Fire.
Now the Messenger has constantly kept at you to give your Decrees to keep all under this Radiation, and all for whom you have called, out of debt. And you can never have Peace until you are out of debt. The world can’t have Peace until it pays its debt back to the Source of Life that gives Life into this world. So, when people are indifferent as to whether they keep a balance in their own worlds or not, there is not Peace and never will be Peace until Purity and Balance of Love, Wisdom, and Power make the balance back to Life, that is continually, giving to all.”
