“Now I am going to call your attention to something that – this was some years ago, and I would think twenty-five or thirty years ago – to prove that there is a Flame within your own Heart. The Messenger has this newspaper article, the record of this experience of a lady in Italy who was in a hospital. She had very great devotion; and at night when she slept, the doctors and the nurses both, and some observing scientists, observed a Blue Flame over the heart – about a little over an inch long. And that stayed there when she was in a deep sleep, and they observed that again and again for three months. Now everyone has that Heart Flame.
That is what you hear the Messenger speak of when she asks the Mighty Arcturus to expand the Unfed Flame in the Heart until It becomes One with the Sevenfold Flame without. I ask you the same thing – to expand the Unfed Flame in your Hearts. But feel yourselves enfolded in Our Heart’s Flame; for I can project a Replica of Myself made of the Cosmic Light Substance and the Sacred Fire to enfold you. And you can feel that; and as you go on with It, It can become visible and tangible about you.
I wish to call your attention again to the Master Lanto. When on His Pathway to Victory, He understood that there was a Light within the Heart; He began to concentrate on It; and He made a Vow to His “Presence”, and he said, “If ever I get that through my flesh, It shall never be shut off in all Eternity!” And to this minute, wherever he goes, that Light from within His Heart comes through His Tangible Garments and is luminous and visible to everybody and everything to whom He comes.
Now these are the Magnificent Activities of the Sacred Fire and the Cosmic Light that the Great Law of the Universe has provided for mankind to expand and express Mastery and Control of physical conditions in the physical world. And I just offer you this Information to help armor you with the Power to protect yourselves and give assistance to others, that they may awaken and reach up and use the same Power. And when anyone in the unascended state says that isn’t true, or “I don’t believe it”, say, “You were not there; You’re no authority.” And you can stop the doubt, the fear, and the frightful destruction that the sinister force has created by hypnotic domination of the Life Streams of mankind.
Therefore, what I offer you is Eternal, and It is an Eternal Part of Me. It is My Life. I can give no more. It will do anything for you that It has done for Me. And It is the Gift of Love; and My Love offers It, that Love may use It, so Love may conquer the world and dissolve and consume the hatred mankind has generated and the destruction that has followed, because it has been allowed existence.
If you care to stop the existence of the human creation of mankind, you will have to use the Sacred Fire from your own “Beloved Mighty I AM Presence” and the Ascended Masters’ Octave. So if you want It, It is yours as freely as the air you breathe. But you must use It; and as you use It, you should train the outer self to give It to others as freely as We give It to you. And who of you can tell Me – when you pass someone by on the street that might be in great distress and the Sacred Fire of My Luminous Presence is around you, and you call for Help to that Life Stream – who of you can tell Me how much Help I can give?
These are the Master Powers of the Universe. This is the Perfection and the Way of Life, the Light, the Way, and the Truth. These are the Magnificent Miracles of the Sacred Fire’s Blessing to Life; and this is God’s Universe, the Universe of the “Mighty I AM Presence” and the Ascended Host.
So you are not at the mercy of the destructive forces of the outer world if you will insulate yourselves in the Luminous Presence of an Ascended Master, and remember to use the Sevenfold Flame of the Seven Mighty Elohim – remember to use the Unfed Flame in your own Hearts to go forth and release the desire of your “Mighty I AM Presence” to produce Perfection out here that fulfills the Divine Plan, reveals It, gives Its Blessings to the rest of Life, and is the Magnet to draw the rest of mankind – up and into the Realm of Light until the individual makes conscious effort enough to come into the Ascended Masters’ Octave in the attainment of the Ascension.
This is why I left the Example of the Ascension. And that Etheric Record shall stay there until all Life on this Earth is raised into the Ascended Masters’ Octave for Eternity. And if I may be Privileged to help raise you, I am quite sure it will be a Joyous Experience. There is no strain or struggle about It. There is no reason everyone can’t have It. And It is the Master Control of all manifestation.”
