“Beloved, Beloved, Beloved of the Light, Beloved of the Ascended Host, and those of you who are the Beloved of the “I AM Presence” and the Ascended Host, know always that Our Luminous Presence is never away from you; and Our Power and Our Love and the Victory for which you call is no farther away than your own thought and feeling.
When you command the outer self to feel Our Ascended Master Illumining Love in and around yourselves, remember It is Light. It will always be Luminosity; and therefore, It will always be the Master Control of whatever the condition is in which you abide, or whatever you wish accomplished, either within yourselves or in the outer world activities. The more you can call forth and accept Our Luminous Presence in and around you, the sooner We can come to you in the Ascended Master’s Tangible Presence, and the sooner We can draw into the lower atmosphere of Earth the Greater Power that is necessary to compel Purification.
When you sincerely, deeply, and persistently desire Our Luminous Presence with you, the quicker can It come. When We create the Luminous Presence of Ourselves to enfold your physical bodies and your mental and feeling world and be the Atmosphere of Light around you, the more intensely you can desire that, the more you feel It and call for It, the quicker can it come in and around you to control conditions that are of the outer world’s discord.
Long have we waited to give mankind this Assistance, and down through the ages We have come to thousands of people. We can come to the whole world – but the outer world rebels against discord, but it does not desire Our Purity, Our Love, and Our Presence in outer world conditions, It does not desire the Controlling Power of Indestructible Perfection and Its Blazing Victorious Light to come into the physical conditions of this world.
The mental and feeling world of the mass of the people is a continual battle in the darkness. Mankind knows not which way it is going; and what it is recognizing is the chaos and the darkness of suffering and generating more suffering. If you are to have Protection from that, be insulated from it, be separated from it and be untouched by it, then there must come within you the All-Illumining Love of Our Light, Our Life, Our own Heart’s Flame. And that must also come from the Heart Flame of your own “Beloved I AM Presence.”
Every time We enfold and individual or a condition in the Luminous Presence of an Ascended Being, it is to enable the “Mighty I AM Presence” of the individual to expand Light enough through the outer self to consume the substance that is obstruction to Perfection. When you recognize Our Love, whenever you think of Us and you ask Us to enfold you in Our Miracle Mantle of Love’s Mastery, please remember It is Luminous; Our Love is Luminosity; Our Heart’s Flame is a Flame; Our Heart’s Life, is a Flame.
The Miracle Mantles of the Ascended Masters are Visible, Tangible Garments, just as visible as any garment you have, just as tangible. So I am bringing this to your attention that you may feel Our Reality more Powerfully, feel Our Presence with you; and let the Peace and the Powers and the Light and the Strength of the Great Great Silence come in, through, and around you, to repel and consume the shadows – but to release into your outer use the Perfection and the things that We know you are going to require in order to survive in outer world conditions, and hold Protection for that which is constructive.
In the use of Our Ascended Master Luminous Presence, try to remember that at all times, It can, on an instant, be a Cloak of Invisibility around you, to prevent destructive forces either seeing you, knowing who you are, or what you are going to do. So if I were you, in the present condition of the outer world I would give acceptance to that Miracle Mantle and Cloak of Invisibility so the hordes of the shadows cannot see you, nor know where you abide. They may see your Light, but not knowing who abides within, they do not battle that which is Light that is bright.
If you want the Intensifying Light from the Ascended Master’s Octave to enfold you in Our Cosmic Cloak of Invisibility against all human creation, It is as free as the air you breathe. We are offering It to you for your use; and We want you to feel Its Indestructible Protection about you because It is provided both by your “Beloved I AM Presence” and the Ascended Host as a Way and means of letting you move in this world and release the Power of the Light to consume human creation, and yet, be untouched by the conditions, in which you move.”
